Gmail users who came from an Outlook environment often ask me how you can preview an attachment in Gmail before sending it – you know, to make sure you attached the correct file.
My preference is the scheduled send.

❓ I would be curious which method works best for you to preview your attached files. Let me know in the Comments here or over on YouTube.

Hi Gabriella. I discovered a much easier way to preview attachments. After I attach to email, I click on the attachment and it appears in my lower tool bar. Then I click that and I see the file I am attaching.
ReplyDeleteHi Elizabeth, thank you very much for sharing what works best for you!
DeleteYour solution works great for those who don't mind a background-download of the file into a designated folder without the "Ask where to save each file before downloading" prompt.
